CUPIDS partners with Colorado’s media organizations, civic groups, legal aid clinics, tribal advocates, and professional associations to build lasting data capacity for public accountability. We collaborate three ways: sponsored projects scoped to your reporting or advocacy, in-kind contributions of data, access, or expertise, and joint funding proposals that pair your mission with our technical capacity.
Our collaboration with the Center for Environmental Journalism — backed by the 2026 de Castro Research Award — is the model. Browse our open resources, see what the help desk does, then start a conversation or email brian.keegan@colorado.edu.
